Schneider has years of experience reporting on public health, safety and environmental issues, including asbestos contamination, and has garnered the attention of national and global leaders and has helped voice the plight of thousands of people who have fallen victim to unsafe environmental conditions. Schneider was a senior national correspondent for investigations at the Seattle Post-Intelligencer before its recent closure.
